Waiver: Signed by Contract Owner. Signer of Contract assumes all responsibility. It is advised Signer of Contract require all Adults and their Children participating in games requiring inflation, kicking, throwing, blocks dropping, or touching (i.e. inflatable Twister®) sign a waiver.

Refundable Deposit: A refundable incidental in the amount of $150 – $300 is due at the time of booking. When necessary, the incidental will be applied towards missing game or piece replacement. If the market value of damaged game exceeds the refundable value, the Signer of Contract is responsible for the difference (i.e. Inflatable Twister® replica = $699; $300 deposit. Game damaged, Signer owes $399).
